Write for Super Intelligence News

Super Intelligence News publishes outside contributors on models, tools, agents, AI policy, AI inside specific industries and the companies shipping it. Pitches are agreed before a word is written, and every piece goes through the same desk, the same checks and the same standards as our own reporting.

Who we want

People who can show their work.

Builders and researchers

People who train, fine-tune, evaluate or deploy models and can show their work.

Product and policy people

Those shipping AI features, buying them, regulating them or living with the consequences.

Reporters and students

Technology journalists and computer science or journalism students who want edited, published clips.

What we publish from contributors

Five formats, from a quote to a deep dive.

Explainers

What a term, a technique or a model release actually means, written for a reader who is searching, dated to the version.

Hands-on tool reviews

You used it for real work. What it did, what it did not, what it cost, with screenshots or logs.

Dated analysis

A claim about capability, cost or adoption, with the numbers and the date on every one.

Founder and builder columns

Your own field, honestly. Not your own product.

Expert quotes

Three paragraphs on a question we are already reporting. Named, credentialed, quoted in full.

The rules

Every piece follows these. No exceptions for anyone.

  1. 01

    Length

800 to 1,500 words for articles. Three paragraphs for an expert quote. Longer only when the reporting needs it.

  2. 02

    Original

Written by you and not published elsewhere. A thread you own can be expanded into a piece; a press release or a company blog cannot.

  3. 03

    Sourced and dated

Every claim points to a study, a filing, a document or a named person, and every number carries a date. If it cannot be sourced, it comes out.

  4. 04

    No promotional intros

No product pitches and no paragraphs about how good your company is. If the piece concerns your own company, say so plainly and we label it as disclosed.

  5. 05

    One link, in the bio

One link in your author bio, marked nofollow. Links in the body point to sources only and are chosen by the editor. No paid, exchanged or reciprocal links.

  6. 06

    Checks

Every draft is run through plagiarism and AI-detection checks before an editor reads it. Drafts that fail are declined without further discussion.

  7. 07

    Editing

We edit for accuracy, structure and house style. You approve the final version. On a fact, the source decides; on style, the editor does.

  8. 08

    Turnaround

Pitches we want to pursue get a reply within seven days. Edited drafts come back within ten working days. The publication date is set with you.

  9. 09

    Version and date everything

A model name is not enough. Write the version, the date and the setting you tested. Claims about benchmarks link to the benchmark.

  10. 10

    No vendor pitches

If you work for, advise or hold equity in a company or model named in the piece, say so in the first paragraph and we label the piece as disclosed. Product launches are news we report, not columns we run.

These are the group’s standing terms. The terms for any single piece, including anything commissioned or sponsored, are agreed in writing before it is written. Full contributor guidelines for all Trend Wire Group titles.

What you get

The byline and the bio link are the payment.

A real author page

Photo, bio, credentials and one link, on every piece you publish with us.

A permanent byline

On a title that people searching your subject already read, indexed and kept.

A working editor

Every piece is edited by the same desk that edits our own. You see the changes before it goes live.

Clips and a recommendation

Early-career writers get published clips, edits they can learn from, and a LinkedIn recommendation from the editor.

Standard contributions are unpaid. Commissioned and sponsored work is a separate, disclosed arrangement, agreed before the pitch is accepted and labelled on the page.

Pitch

Send a pitch, not a draft.

This opens a pre-filled email to info@trendwiregroup.com. Nothing is stored on this site. Please do not attach a draft.

By email

Write to info@trendwiregroup.com with the subject line Pitch · Super Intelligence News. Include the topic, the angle in one sentence, three bullets on what the piece will say, and your credentials or links.

Expert sources

Would rather be quoted than write? Send your credential and the questions you can speak to, with the subject line Expert source · Super Intelligence News. We come to you when a story needs you.

How it goes

  1. You pitch. If we want it, we reply within seven days and agree length, deadline, disclosure and your bio link in writing.
  2. You send the draft. It is checked for sources, plagiarism and AI generation, then edited. You approve the final version.
  3. It goes live with your author page. We share it across the group and you share it with your byline.

Other titles

Health, AI, crypto and gaming each have their own desk. See every Trend Wire Group title open to pitches.

Questions

Before you pitch.

Do you accept guest posts?

Yes. Super Intelligence News accepts guest posts, expert quotes and columns on AI, software and technology, under the rules on this page. We do not sell guest posts, links or link insertions: standard contributions are unpaid, and sponsored content is labelled and handled separately.

Do you pay contributors?

Standard contributions are unpaid. What you get is the author page, the byline and the bio link on a title with real readers. Commissioned and sponsored work is a separate, disclosed arrangement that we discuss before a pitch is accepted.

Can I link to my company or product?

One link in your author bio, marked nofollow. Links inside the article are for sources only and are chosen by the editor.

Do you accept AI-written articles?

No. Every draft is checked for AI generation and plagiarism before an editor reads it, and drafts that fail are declined. Use whatever tools you like for research; the writing, the sources and the judgement have to be yours.

Can I write about my own company or model?

About your field, yes. About your product, no. If your company appears in the piece the affiliation is disclosed at the top and the editor decides whether it stays.

Can I republish my article elsewhere?

Yes, two weeks after it goes live, with a link back to the original here. You keep the copyright.

How long before I hear back?

We reply to pitches we want to pursue within seven days. If you have not heard from us by then, take it as a pass and pitch something else.
